Anthony S. McCaskey is a partner with the Firm’s Litigation Group. Mr. McCaskey is a seasoned litigator practicing in state and federal courts in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. His area of concentration is in general liability including product liability and toxic torts, material handling equipment accident cases, commercial premises liability, tort claim liability, construction accident cases, motor vehicle liability, insurance coverage disputes involving first and third party coverage issues and contractual indemnity disputes. Mr. McCaskey has argued numerous appeals in the Appellate Division of the New Jersey Superior Court, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. McCaskey received his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. McCaskey served as legal intern to United States District Court Judge Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., United States Bankruptcy Court Judge Novalyn L. Winfield, and New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew P. Napolitano. Mr. McCaskey is admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
