Mr. Fell was the Chairman of the Board, RBC Dominion Securities Limited (Investment Bank) from December 1999 to December 2007. Mr. Fell is also a director and Chair of the board of Munich Reinsurance Company of Canada. He was also, until June 2005, Chairman of the University Health Network Trustees. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2001.
Mr. Fell is a director on the BCE board since January, 2002. He is also a member of the Audit Committee and the Management Resources and Compensation Committee.
