Mr. Vacanti’s practice encompasses a wide variety of real estate and construction areas, including appearing in front of administrative boards concerning zoning matters, working with clients and governmental entities to ensure compliance with local and state building codes, zoning, and construction ordinances, drafting motions and pleadings, and drafting transactional documents.
His experience includes extensive legal research and drafting in the areas of litigation, real estate, construction, contract and government law.
As an intern, Mr. Vacanti investigated adult felonies for the Public Defender Service in Washington, D.C., where he interviewed witnesses and victims and worked with attorneys on details of criminal cases.
He also served as a legislative intern in the United States Senate in Washington, D.C., assisting with a variety of tasks.
Mr. Vacanti received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in: Criminal Procedure, Land Use Control, and Environmental Aspects of Business Transactions.
