Tony Rosso is a partner in the Tax Department and has been with Chapman and Cutler LLP since 1986. Mr. Rosso is primarily involved in the tax aspects of tax-exempt financings throughout the country, including new money and refunding financings for the benefit of private corporations, 501(c)(3) organizations and governmental units.
