Anthony R. Frascarella, P.E., is a Vice President in the Transportation Division in the Company's Towson office. He has been with the Company since it began operations in 1997 and held a similar position with the Company’s predecessor beginning in 1990. He is responsible for managing the Highway, Water Resources, Traffic and Environmental Planning Departments within the Transportation Division. Previously, Mr. Frascarella worked for the New York State Department of Transportation. |
