Mr. Terracciano is the former chairman of Dime Bancorp. and, more recently, the former vice chairman, American Water Works Company Inc. He has held executive positions with First Union Corporation, First Fidelity Bancorporation, Mellon Bank Corp. and Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Terracciano is also a member of the board of directors of IKON Office Solutions and Knoll, Inc.
Mr. Terracciano received a B.S. in economics from St. Peter's College and an M.A. in philosophy from Fordham University. |
