Mr. Giorgio, a Director based in EuroConsult's New York office, is responsible for all aspects of the firm's M&A and strategic advisory activities, including transaction origination, project management, client relationship management and financial analysis and valuations. Prior to joining EuroConsult, Anthony was VP of Corporate Development of International Specialty Products, a global diversified chemical company with approximately $2 billion in revenue. In this role Anthony was directly responsible for ISP's global M&A activities, and originated and led numerous acquisitions of domestic and cross-border chemical operations. In addition to his work at ISP, Anthony was also SVP of Corporate Development for Symyx Technologies, a publicly-traded chemical technology company. Prior to entering the chemical industry, Anthony worked in investment banking focused on middle-market, industrial M&A advisory, most recently with Merrill Lynch. Anthony holds a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and an MBA in Finance from Columbia. |
