Anthony P. Filomena II
Profile
Tony Filomena is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group and resident in the firm's Raleigh, North Carolina office. Mr. Filomena's diverse background in electrical engineering, computer science, business and law give him exceptional experience and equip him to address a variety of intellectual property issues for clients. Mr. Filomena was an associate with Bose McKinney & Evans for several years before accepting a position as global software licensing manager for a large international integrated media and entertainment company. Mr. Filomena has also held several other positions throughout the United States in research and technology. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Mr. Filomena was chief systems engineer of the Air Force Mission Support System at Mitre Corporation, a research specialist at Lockheed Missiles and Space Company and an engineering group leader at General Electric's Space Systems Division. Mr. Filomena is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and Indiana, and is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
