Anthony's practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private placements and venture capital financings, recapitalizations and other strategic transactions for technology-intensive companies in the biotechnology, medical devices, Internet and computer hardware and software industries. Anthony advises emerging growth companies at all stages, from start-up through initial public offering. Anthony also represents venture capital and private equity investors in connection with new fund formations and investments in emerging technology and life sciences companies.
Anthony founded and served as the inaugural Chairman of the Technology and Emerging Growth Companies Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association's Business Law Section and currently serves as a member of that committee.
Anthony received his B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. |
