Mr. Gray has represented official and ad hoc creditors' and equity security holders' committees, secured and unsecured creditors, asset and distressed debt purchasers, trustees, debtors, equity security holders, and other significant parties in a variety of transactions, out-of-court work-outs, litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Gray has also designed and implemented bankruptcy-remote special purpose entity structures in connection with structured and securitized transactions.

o Represented the official creditors' committees in the Chapter 11 cases of each of Global Crossing, CTC Communications, and Pac-West Telecomm
o Represented an ad hoc committee of holders of preferred securities and common stock in the Chapter 11 case of Owens Corning
o Represented XO Communications in connection with its acquisition of the assets of Chapter 11 debtor Allegiance Telecom
