Anthony J. Principi was elected a director of Perot Systems in December 2005. Mr. Principi is Chairman and President of QTC Management, Inc., a provider of examination services and technology to the medical and disability communities. He is also a director and member of the Audit Committee of Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company. Since March 2005, he has served as Chairman of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission. From January 2001January 2005 he was Secretary of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where he directed the federal government's second largest department, responsible for a nationwide system of health care services, benefits programs, and national cemeteries for America's veterans and dependents. Previously, he served as a senior vice president at Lockheed Martin IMS, and as a partner in the San Diego law firm of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps.
