Tony Nocchiero has served as the company's senior vice president and chief financial officer since April of 2007. Prior to joining CF Industries, he had been chief financial officer and vice president, finance of Merisant Worldwide, Inc., a Chicago-based marketer of low-calorie sweeteners. Prior to Merisant, he spent more than 25 years with BP Amoco PLC and its predecessor, Amoco Corporation, where he held a variety of financial and planning positions, including corporate controller at Amoco and chief financial officer at BP Chemicals. Nocchiero earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Washington University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. |
