Mr. Mendicino has served as a director on our board since August 2005. Mr. Mendicino is a member of our audit committee, compensation committee and nominating and corporate governance committee. Mr. Mendicino is Senior Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of UGI Corporation and has served in that capacity since December 2002. He previously served as Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of UGI Corporation from September 1998 to December 2002. Mr. Mendicino also was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and a director from 1987 to 1996 of UTI Energy Corp., a diversified oil field service company. Mr. Mendicino holds a BS degree in civil engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
