Mr. Kelly is the Executive Vice-President of Clinical Financial Services, LLC (CFS) where he is responsible for spearheading the Company’s business development activities and recruiting efforts, as well as handling other key management responsibilities. Mr. Kelly brings 20 years of experience to CFS from the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries. Prior to joining CFS, Mr. Kelly was Vice-President of PhotoMedex, Inc (PHMD) a specialty Dermatology start-up from 2000-2005. At PHMD, Mr. Kelly was responsible for building and leading the Company’s 30-person sales and marketing organization as well as being accountable for managing PHMD’s clinical study activities. This experience included bringing PHMD’s proprietary technology through the FDA, CPT code, and insurance reimbursement approval process. Prior to PHMD, Mr. Kelly was with Mentor Corporation from 1990-2000 where he held several senior-level sales and marketing positions and was instrumental in developing its marketing and physician education programs. Mr. Kelly started his career in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industries with Merck & Co., Inc. in 1986 where he held various sales and sales training positions. |
