Dr. Bolton joined Vasogen in 1992. He graduated from the University of London, England, and was awarded a PhD from the University of Reading. He was elected to fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists on the basis of his research in immunology. From 1985 to 1992, he was Head and Professor of Biomedical Sciences at Sheffield Hallam University, England. He is the author of over 110 scientific publications in many areas, including biochemistry, immunology, and platelet function, and is named inventor on a number of Vasogen’s patents. In 1990, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Science by the University of Reading for his contributions to the development of immunological techniques and their applications. |
