In September 2000, XL Capital appointed Tony to the newly-created position of Head of Global Human Resources. Tony, who was formerly Managing Director of Santander Investment Securities, Inc. based in New York and Madrid, has extensive experience in international financial services and the development of human resources strategies which enhance effectiveness and productivity. He is currently responsible for XL's human resource policies.
Prior to joining Santander Investment Securities, Tony spent more than 20 years with J.P. Morgan & Company, Inc. in London, Frankfurt and New York. He became a Managing Director in 1986, and was a Member of its European Management Committee based in London, where he was responsible for all J.P. Morgan's HR activities in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. |
