Tony specializes in the cable television, wireless and wireline telecommunications, and tower industries, providing clients with merger and acquisition and financing advisory services. Prior to joining Fairmount Partners, he was a senior vice president and manager with Communications Equity Associates, where he advised cable, telecom, and tower companies in over one billion dollars in merger and acquisition and debt and equity private placement transactions. Tony also worked as vice president and team leader for First Union Capital Markets and predecessor CoreStates Financial Corporation, where he provided corporate finance services and debt financing to communications, media, and technology clients. Tony earned Bachelor of Arts degrees from Brown University in Economics and in History. |
