Anthony A. Hernandez, President & CEO, founded Meridian Commercial, L.P., in the fall of 1991.
Prior to forming Meridian, Mr. Hernandez spent several years with the Trammell Crow Company as a senior construction manager and senior property manager. During his time with Trammell Crow, Mr. Hernandez was responsible for management of over 8.5 million square-feet of space and constructed approximately 4 million square-feet of office and industrial properties. He has also built or managed 10,000 apartment units in 13 states. As chief executive, Mr. Hernandez guides Meridian's strategic planning and oversees the financial performance of the corporation. |
