Anson Chan, Vice President of Finance, joined OmniVision in July of 2006 and has over ten years experience in accounting and finance coupled with an additional five years of engineering. Appointed to his current positioning February 2007, Anson spent approximately ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he dealt extensively with all finance functions, ranging from initial public offerings to Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance projects, and worked on the OmniVision engagement team during that time. Prior to PwC, Anson worked as a systems programmer for Prophet 21, Inc. He earned his MBA. at the University of Chicago, his B.S. in Economics at Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Engineering at the Moore School at the University of Pennsylvania.
