Annette Watts is the vice president of Human Resources, Training and Development. She has been with the company for four years. While with Budco, she has worked in several capacities in the Human Resources, Training and Development department, and most recently has been overseeing all of its functional activities including hiring, employee benefits, diversity recruiting, training and development. Prior to Budco, Annette worked for Resource Consultants, Inc., a professional services company based in Vienna, Virginia. She was responsible for establishing a facility to handle government contract work in Brownstown Township, Michigan. Prior to that, she was employed with AssetCare, Inc., as the Human Resources Manager of its Bingham Farms, Michigan, location. |
