Annemarie Michaud has followed clients through Europe, Asia, Africa, and North America. No small feat, but made easier with a remarkable grasp of languages, including Afrikaans, French, Dutch, conversational German, and English. She combines a deep understanding of organizational change with a portfolio of diverse and successful client interventions in finance, manufacturing, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and government.
Annemarie focuses on planning and implementing large-scale interventions in people-based business performance improvement. Her work encompasses whole-systems architecture and organizational design, strategy development and execution, mergers and acquisitions, change leadership, process improvement, quality assessment, and team-building. Her tools, like all CLG consultants, include balanced scorecards, best practices research, core competency models, assessment and planning surveys, management coaching, measurement, and training.
Annemarie is a seasoned presenter and has authored articles published in Journal for Quality and Participation, Quality Progress, AFSM International, and Impact and contributed to The New Self-Directed Work Teams (McGraw Hill, 1999). She holds an MBA in International Management from Georgia State University, a B.A. in Psychology from Rand Afrikaans University, and an Honors B.A. in Counseling Psychology from University of South Africa. |
