Anne Tessien is a Client Partner with LeaderSource, A Korn/Ferry Company, based in the firm’s Minneapolis office. She brings over 16 years’ experience as an executive and organizational coach and consultant, with both LeaderSource and health and wellness organizations. Ms. Tessien’s coaching focus is on resilience mastery, interpersonal mastery, and executive team development. With a unique background in wellness program development, management, and marketing, she is exceptionally able to help clients design and implement practices to improve their personal lives and interpersonal relationships. Ms. Tessien specializes in guiding clients to develop greater competence, comfort, and clarity in all domains, and most enjoys working with executives that are engaged in changing their lives. As an accomplished facilitator, writer, and speaker, Ms. Tessien has worked with executive teams across the U.S. and Europe. Her speaking expertise focuses on personal and professional resilience, alignment, and interpersonal effectiveness. She developed and frequently presents the LeaderSource program Sustaining Resilience, and co-authored Self Care, Personal Excellence. Deeply involved in her community, Ms. Tessien serves as a mentor for the Mentor/Net program with St. Olaf College. She is affiliated with the Association of Career Professionals International and a Distinguished Alumna for Northfield (MN) High School. Ms. Tessien holds a Master of Science in Human Performance from the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Health Studies, and Family Relations from St. Olaf College. She also received formal Coaches’ Training through the New Ventures West Coaching to Excellence program and is a certified Career Management practitioner. |
