Anne Staudhammer is Vice President of Finance who joined SunAmerica in 1999. Ms. Staudhammer is primarily responsible for monitoring SunAmerica's debt portfolio, acting as a liaison between bond insurers and developers to facilitate bond conversions, tracking SunAmerica's guarantee risk and bank exposure, and underwriting new transactions for the Investment Committee. Prior to joining SunAmerica, she spent 13 years with Weyerhaeuser Mortgage Company and Weyerhaeuser Financial Investments. Her responsibilities included portfolio management, underwriting and workouts of commercial and multifamily loans and joint venture investments. Ms. Staudhammer managed Weyerhaeuser's commercial loan servicing department, whose portfolio included Fannie Mae DUS loans, Freddie Mac loans, and loan participations with banks. Ms. Staudhammer received her MBA from UCLA's Anderson School with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. Her undergraduate degree in Economics also is from UCLA.
