Anne is a paralegal in the Immigration Practice Group at Pierce Atwood. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Anne worked for 8 years as a legal assistant in the Employment Practice Group, supporting attorneys with practices focusing on all aspects of labor and employment law. Anne works with clients in the preparation and filing of H-1B, L-1, and TN applications, as well as with employment- and family-based immigrant petitions, adjustment applications, and naturalization applications. She prepares and submits applications for employment authorization and advance parole. She also works with clients whose business needs require cross-border assignments or international business travel. Anne conducts prevailing wage research and assists clients with labor condition and PERM compliance instructions, as well as labor condition applications and labor certification applications under PERM. |
