As Organizational Development Manager for Lodging Hospitality Management, Anne LaRocca strives for continuous growth and development of associates through means of training programs tailored to each individual property in the LHM family. She focuses on the development of the company as a whole through means of identifying and training on LHM Best Practices, overseeing and identifying areas of strength and improvement for each property’s guest service scores, and recognizing outstanding associates. Her passion for excellence in hospitality is apparent in her guest service expertise and her enthusiasm makes her an asset to LHM.LaRocca brings a sense of entrepreneurism to LHM as she spent a number of years working at her family’s restaurants. After graduating from University of Missouri-Columbia with a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management, LaRocca took her experience to Marriott St. Louis Airport, where she served as manager in the Food and Beverage Department and the Front Office Department. During her tenure, she was successful with implementing and executing well-rounded training programs in both departments while serving on the Training Team. Her efforts resulted in increased guest service scores, increased employee satisfaction and decreased turnover.LaRocca takes her passion for the hospitality industry to the community where she serves as a volunteer Event Coordinator for Share, a national organization supporting parents and families of pregnancy and infancy loss. She is an active alumni supporter of Alpha Delta Pi National Sorority and the University of Missouri-Columbia Hotel and Restaurant Management program. She also trains in the field of alcohol awareness as a certified TIPS trainer and is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) St. Louis Chapter. |
