Anne Heron works with all levels of the organization - from owners and executives to line supervisors and staff facilitating the development of solutions to a wide variety of transition, performance and organizational development issues. Additionally, Anne uses her expertise in compensation to develop comprehensive compensation strategies for clients of The Personnel Perspective. Anne has over 25 years experience in management and human resources. Prior to joining The Personnel Perspective, Anne worked with Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, Petaluma People Services Center and Sonoma State University. She has a B.S. from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Psychology and a M.S. in Counseling from Sonoma State University.
