Anne Drapeau is responsible for all people functions at VistaPrint including recruiting, learning and development and employee retention. A seasoned business executive, she brings many years of experience to her post as executive vice president and chief people officer. Prior to joining VistaPrint, Anne served in several management positions at Digitas, Inc., most recently as executive vice president and chief people officer. She has also held a variety of strategy and management positions at FTD, Inc. PepsiCo, Inc. and JP Morgan. Anne earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth. She is a published author having co-written The Trusted Leader: Bringing Out the Best in Your People and Your Company, and has also been published in the Harvard Business Review. Anne joined VistaPrint in September 2005. |
