Securities Litigation pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Vu was a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot during law school. She also worked as a legal intern for the Federal Trade Commission where she received a Certificate of Appreciation for Outstanding Contribution.
