Ms. Klisurich joined Wisconsin Electric (doing business as We Energies) in 1972 as an accountant. She became a supervisor in 1974 and held various supervisory positions until 1987 when she was named accounting manager for Wisconsin Energy Corp. Ms. Klisurich was appointed controller of Wisconsin Electric effective January 1994 and of Wisconsin Energy Corp. in June 1995. In April 2000, she was named vice president of Financial Management for Wisconsin Electric. In June 2002, she was named to the board of directors of Witech and appointed to the board of directors of Wisconsin Energy Capital Corporation in August 2003. In August 2004, she was named vice president and corporate secretary of Wisconsin Energy Corp. and We Energies.
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1969 and earned a master's degree in accounting in 1971. She is a certified public accountant.
Ms. Klisurich is a member of the board of trustees of Cardinal Stritch University. She also is a member of the board of directors of the Milwaukee Ballet and the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater College of Business and Economics Advisory Board.
