Anne graduated from the University of Oregon and has a master's degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. She has over 18 years in public accounting. She specializes in proactive planning to minimize income, gift and estate tax for high net worth individuals. Anne also provides stock option and qualified small business stock planning. She has extensive experience in estate planning including family limited partnerships, defective grantor trusts, charitable remainder trusts and other wealth preservation techniques. She also advises real estate entities regarding entity formations, sales, like-kind exchanges and other tax matters. She is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the California Society of CPA's. She holds the 1995 Distinguished Alumnae Award from the Castilleja School. Anne also served as a former trustee of Castilleja School from 1995. |
