Anne focuses on business, corporate, commercial and workers’ compensation litigation as well as matters relating to construction litigation and public law and finance. Anne works with closely-held and publicly-traded companies, as well as foreign clients on developing strategies to resolve complex and diverse legal disputes, focusing a significant amount of her litigation work on construction law. She also represents employers in claims of workers’ compensation injuries and occupational diseases. Outside of litigation, Anne counsels clients on construction bids and contracts, selection processes and agreements for architects, construction managers and consultants, and general obligation and revenue bonds. Anne is currently a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations. Previously employed with Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP, and Chester, Willcox & Saxbe LLP, Anne also worked for the Ohio House of Representatives and the Ohio Senate before joining Calfee in 2004. |
