Anne Bailey Berman has a broad background in market research including customer, market, and employee feedback used for market monitoring and process improvement and product/market development studies. President and co-founder of Chadwick Martin Bailey, she has worked in a range of industries, including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, publishing, communications, high technology, and utilities. Anne has been an instructor at Boston University's School of Management and at Louisiana State University's School of Communications.
Anne holds a B.A. degree in sociology and an M.A. in communications from Louisiana State University. She earned her M.B.A. from Boston University's School of Management.
She serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology, the Boston History Collaborative, and the Crittenton Hastings House. She chairs the Old North Foundation and is also a member of the Advisory Board of the University of Texas-Arlington Market Research program.
She is a member of the American Marketing Association, the Market Research Association, and the American Association of Public Opinion Research. Anne has presented papers at conferences on a number of topics regarding market research, including leading edge segmentation techniques, benchmarking, and process improvement. |
