Anne A Chesnut Anne concentrates her practice in civil litigation such as complex commercial and real estate disputes, and toxic torts. This practice includes injunctions, appeals, and class action defense. Anne is also a trained mediator, having completed the Mediation Center of Kentucky Program in 2002.
