Ms. Moe is a former law clerk to the Honorable Virginia M. Hernandez Covington, United States District Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. While in law school, Ms. Moe interned for Justice Kenneth B. Bell of the Florida Supreme Court and the Honorable Jeffery Hotham, Maricopa County Superior Court. She also authored the Legal Ethics section of the 2004-2005 Arizona Supreme Court Review, published in the Arizona State Law Journal. 37 Ariz. St. L.J. 93 (2005). Ms. Moe currently serves on the Best of Tampa Bay Committee for the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and currently serves as co-chair for its Young Lawyers Division Committee on Professionalism and Ethics. Ms. Moe is also a memeber of the American Bar Association, the Tampa Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers.
