Anna Lawrynowicz has received higher education in the field of technology at the Poznan University of Technology (Faculty of Machine Building). In 1983 she has received a degree of PhD in the field of organisation and management at the Poznan University of Economics. She has begun qualifying as assistant Professor at the Wroclaw University of Economics. Since 1984 she has been working as a Senior Lecturer of the Institute for Technologies and Machine Operating (currently: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering) at the Technical and Agricultural University in Bydgoszcz (currently: University of Technology and Life Sciences in Bydgoszcz). Since 2000 she has been working as the Manager of Management and Marketing Laboratory in the Production Engineering Department. From 1994 -1996 she was the co-founder and a member of the Management Board of Comarch in Krakow, as well as the Director of the Comarch’s branch in Bydgoszcz. From 1997 to 2003 she was the owner and the Director of the Agency for Enterprise Development in Bydgoszcz. Since 1998 she has been the Editor, the Chariman of the Organisational Committee, as well as a member of the Conference Programme Board -Implementation of Business Information Systems Malmo Copenhagen. Since 2005 she has been a member of a scientific society The Operational Research Society in Birmingham, in U.K. She is the author of over 50 publications, both Polish and foreign, in the domains of informatics and management. |
