Education
Dr. Fraser received her medical education from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia in 1995 and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Columbia 1999. In August 2002, she received her Master of Science in Public Health in Maternal-Child Health from the University of North Carolina School of Public Health.
