Anna M. Geyso is a shareholder with Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where she is a member of the Firm's Corporate Law Practice Group. Her practice consists of providing general business counsel to various entities and their owners and includes the areas of business succession planning, executive compensation arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, sales distributor and representative arrangements, and other business contracts and negotiations. After completing her undergraduate education in accounting at the University of Wisconsin-Madison with honors, Anna earned her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Anna is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin.
