As Director of Client Services at SoftConnect, Ms. Roberti is responsible for ensuring that client work is staffed, managed and delivered to the highest standard of excellence. She has a key role in developing SoftConnect's strategic skills; identifying and recruiting exceptional talent; sustaining a challenging and stimulating work environment; and creating an agile and adaptable community of learning. Ms. Roberti has more than 20 years of experience overseeing customer support and technology services that assist clients with rapid-growth software development. Formerly a Senior Manager at answerthink, a global provider of eBusiness solutions, she managed large-scale implementations for business-to-business websites. Before that, she was a Sr. Manager for NBC (a General Electric company) responsible for strategic planning, project management, and staff management. She managed project budgets and held oversight responsibility for several strategic implementations: Y2K remediation, Human Resources, General Ledger and Accounts Receivables systems. During her tenure, she was instrumental in developing executive portals that drive the business to this day. Prior to NBC, Ms. Roberti developed her client relation and technical consulting experience while developing and managing full life cycle solutions at Information Builders, and Fred S. James & Company. Ms. Roberti graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems from Pace University in New York. |
