Ann Addison is Vice President, Human Resources at GXS. She is responsible for all of GXS's global human resources programs and policies, including recruiting, payroll services, leadership and professional development, organization design, diversity programs, contingent worker management, new hire on-boarding, policy development and implementation, and general human resource support and advocacy to 1500+ employees.
Before assuming the top HR position at GXS in 2004, Ms. Addison was the Vice President, Global Human Resources Strategy and Development. Between 1996 and 2001, she served as the Manager of Leadership, Professional Development, and Team Training, Diversity Manager, and HR Generalist positions at GE Information Services. In 1992, she assumed a cross-functional role in Human Resources within the Organization Development team, working in close partnership with GE's Management Development Center in Crotonville, New York.
Prior to 1996, Ms. Addison held various IT positions within General Electric including programmer, project manager and billing systems manager. Ms. Addison began her career in GE Aerospace in 1984 as a member of the Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP).
Ms. Addison holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Analysis from Indiana University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. |
