Ann P. Cohn is vice president and associate general counsel of Southern California Edison (SCE). She was elected to her current position on May 1, 2005. Currently, she is responsible for transmission rate regulation, interconnection, market design, environmental, real properties, transmission/distribution infrastructure projects, supply chain and intellectual property legal issues.
Having joined Edison in 1980, Cohn previously served as an associate general counsel of parent company Edison International (EIX) and SCE. Prior to that, she was an associate general counsel at Edison Mission Energy and vice president of its Americas Region legal division. Before that, Cohn served as an associate general counsel at EIX and SCE, where her responsibilities included state and federal regulatory and legislative issues facing the companies.
Cohn received her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. She also completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Business School. |
