Prior to joining FBR, Ms. Griffith was the Director of Testing and Continuing Education and Special Counsel to the Executive Vice President of Market Regulation at NASD. Prior to joining NASD, Ms. Griffith was the Deputy Director of Compliance for Credit Suisse First Boston, and Special Counsel for the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations and Division of Market Regulation at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Griffith received both Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Illinois. |
