Ann K. M. Gualtieri is vice president - DuPont Human Resources Shared Services She joined DuPont as vice president - DuPont Investor Relations in June 2000.
In June 2004 she was named vice president - DuPont Corporate Strategy, where she had responsibility for Corporate Plans and the Economists' Office. She was named to her current position in June 2006.
Prior to joining DuPont, Ms. Gualtieri was vice president of Monsanto Investor Relations, based in Skokie, Ill. She had primary responsibility for all investor relations strategy and activities relating to the G. D. Searle pharmaceutical business. During her tenure at Monsanto, she held various positions in G. D. Searle including vice president Human Resources; general manager Global New Businesses Franchise; and senior director Corporate Business Development.
Prior to Monsanto, Ms. Gualtieri held various positions at Abbott Laboratories which included: director Pharmaceutical New Product Planning responsible for strategic and commercial assessment of all pharmaceutical products for non-U.S. markets; manager, Corporate Strategic Planning, where she managed strategic issues from a corporate perspective. She also was a senior consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Ms. Gualtieri received an MBA in corporate strategy and finance from the University of Michigan Business School; a Ph.D. and a master's degree in in philosophy from the University of Michigan, Horace H. Rackham Graduate School; and a bachelor of science degree in philosophy from Syracuse University. |
