Ann Zucker serves as the Leader of Carmody & Torrance's Business and Personal Service Practice Group. Ann finds that both for-profit and not-for-profit clients look to her for advice on financing, real estate, technology and other corporate and commercial matters. She understands the legal issues that challenge clients with manufacturing and service businesses: entity formation, governance, leasing, financing, contracting, licensing, buying and selling assets, stock and real estate. Ann's tax exempt clients face many of the same issue that her business clients do; in addition, they have needs unique to their non-stock, tax exempt status, such as stakeholder and governance issues and special financing needs. Her application of these skills to the health care industry makes her a valuable resource for hospitals, physicians, social service agencies and other health care providers.
