Since joining the firm, Ann has handled or assisted on condemnation actions, representing both condemnors and condemnees. Ann also has extensive experience in litigating contract disputes and disputes involving intellectual and other property rights. Ann is an active member of the Eminent Domain Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association. Before attending law school, she was employed as a policy analyst for the Minnesota Department of Human Services. In connection with this position, Ann prepared extensive analysis for proposed legislation and she was responsible for implementing adopted legislation through the promulgation of administrative rules and the development of policy manuals. |
