Anita Vanderwyst has been an instructor with AuditWatch since May, 2004. Anita specializes in providing audit productivity, efficiency and core-level training to accounting firms throughout the United States. She has over five years of experience in Public Accounting in various audit and tax capacities, including KPMG, LLP. In public accounting, Anita’s focus was auditing, primarily serving manufacturing, governmental and NPO clients. Anita also had several years experience as the controller of a partnership that managed numerous entities including an ophthalmology practice, laser and ambulatory surgery centers, NPO, real estate and more. Anita earned her undergraduate degree, majoring in accounting, from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. She is a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Anita and her husband, Mark, live in Palm Bay, Florida with their new daughter, Jade and two Labrador Retrievers. Anita enjoys running, skiing and golfing in her free time. |
