Anita Simmons to Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Simmons who has been with the company since 2005, previously held the position of Corporate Vice President, Human Resources.
In her current position as Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Ms. Simmons is responsible for both the human resources and office administration functions of Lee Technologies, including benefit design and administration, recruiting and retention, employee relations, and compliance. Before joining Lee Technologies, Ms. Simmons was a Director of Human Resources for two start-up Internet companies, Lumenos and Varsitybooks. She has extensive experience in pre- and post-IPO companies as well as employee stock programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park and a Masters of General Administration from the University of Maryland, University College. |
