Anita Phillips provides leadership in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning and business performance analysis. She also interfaces with the corporate finance team of Carlson Companies and external audit firm Deloitte and Touche. Phillips joined Carlson Companies in 1989, becoming VP and CFO of Carlson Marketing in 2005. Prior to her current role, Phillips served as VP of Finance and Enterprise Strategic Sourcing, Corporate Financial Services and Business Risk Management, and group finance director for Carlson Leisure Group in the UK. Before this she acted as VP of Finance for the Carlson Travel Network. Phillips served as assistant corporate controller from 1989 to 1991. In 2003, Phillips received the Carlson Fellows award and was named a Carlson Companies’ Corporate Woman of Achievement in 2002. She is a Certified Public Accountant. |
