Anish R. Desai is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Washington, D.C. office. As a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Technology Department, Anish focuses his practice on patent litigation.
In 2004, Anish was a summer associate with McDermott.
Prior to joining the Firm, Anish was employed as a system analyst with an international consulting firm, where he managed a team of computer infrastructure designers. Prior to that position, Anish interned as a software engineer, where he developed U.S. Naval equipment.
Anish received his bachelor’s degree in computer systems engineering. He is also a member of Tau Beta Pi, an Honors Engineering Fraternity.
Anish is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York.
