Anibal Irizarry is an Of Counsel in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group and has been with the firm since 1969. He was formerly an attorney in the Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board in Puerto Rico, and with the Legal Division of the Puerto Rico Department of Labor.
Practice and Experience
Mr. Irizarry's areas of concentration include litigation in the courts of Puerto Rico, workplace safety issues, employment discrimination matters, wage and hour matters, collective bargaining and labor arbitration. He is also active in matters requiring presentations before the Puerto Rico legislature.
Education
He obtained a Bachelor's Degree with high honors from the University of Puerto Rico, a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico and Master's Degree in Labor Law from New York University.
Admissions
He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Courts, the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, and United States Supreme Court.
