Angi joined Marc-Allen Associates, Inc. in 2002 as an Executive Retail Recruiter. In 2003, she was promoted to the position of Senior Executive Recruiter.

In 2006, Angi was promoted to Managing Director of Marc-Allen Associates. She was given the task of opening a new branch office in Birmingham, AL to allow for expansion of Marc-Allen Associate’s growing retail recruiting business. Angi successfully opened up the new office in April 2006, and currently supervises a team of 3 Research Associates. She also handles several key nationwide retail client accounts, all new client accounts and local business in the booming Birmingham market.

Angi earned a B.S. in Public Relations and a B.S. in Political Marketing from The University of Alabama. She went on to earn her M.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University in 2001.
